Mr. Adolph has a reputation as a highly focused and tenacious trial attorney.  He is dedicated to achieving successful and innovative solutions to difficult legal problems.  He has over 38 years of business litigation experience in courts in Washington, Oregon, Alaska, California and Montana.  His firm clients range from national corporate clients like Ocean Beauty Seafoods, Inc., Philip Services Corporation, Full Speed Ahead, Inc., and Owens Corning to locally owned businesses and individuals needing legal assistance.  

As a trial attorney, Mr. Adolph has litigated jury and bench cases involving a diverse spectrum of complex commercial issues, including business and contract disputes, antitrust, executive compensation, environmental law, intellectual property and trade regulation, real property, and securities.  He has been named a Washington State "Superlawyer" in commercial litigation by Washington Law & Politics Magazine in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010.   Mr. Adolph also has the highest "AV" peer rating from Martindale Hubbell Law Directory and appears in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. 

Mr. Adolph has appeared in numerous arbitration hearings before the NASD, AAA and other approved panels and has been a lead attorney in numerous mediations.  He lectures at trial practice and procedure legal education programs and annually participates as an appellate advocacy and mock trial judge for the University of Washington Law School. 

In addition to active litigation, Mr. Adolph has frequently testified as an expert witness in cases involving business and corporate law and standard of care issues.  In conjunction with his litigation practice, Mr. Adolph has advised individuals, start-up companies and established businesses on a broad range of employment, compensation and business issues and has extensive experience negotiating and drafting legal documents. 

Mr. Adolph is an avid skier, cyclist, runner, and traveler: avocations which he shares with his wife and and three children.

Mr. Jacob has a broad law background in federal and state litigation, intellectual property and patent issues, and biotechnology issues.  He has experience in tax and corporate law litigation, varied intellectual property matters, and technical issues related to science and biomedical law.  He has extensive experience in federal and state trial practice as well as drafting transactional documents in his areas of expertise.
